I have been coaching women since 2012 and in that time I have found that the strategies that have been developed in the coaching world often do not work for women as Goal setting and taking action towards those are very different for women.

Strategy and action taking for a women are more intwined with how the feel about themselves and what is possible for them.

It is much more visceral and linked with their belief system than it is for men.

Essentially it is more a body element than a mind element that makes the difference.
